The Chair distributed her Annual Report to the members for 2009/2010.

Notice was given for the twenty-fifth Annual General Meeting of the East Ginstead Decorative and Fine arts Society held at the Chequer Mead Arts Centre, East Grinstead on Tuesday 14th June 2011 at 10.45 am preceeding the lecture. The lecture was followed by drinks and the cutting of the celebration cake marking our 25th Anniversary. |
A copy of the accounts for the year ended 31st December 2010 has been presented to the members showing the Receipts & Payments for the period. The accounts also include a Report from the Treasurer and proposals for the subscriptions for the coming year. This was voted on at the AGM on the 14th June 2011.
